Are you sick and tired of being tired?
Or being told how tired you sound on the phone?
Or how tired you look by family or friends?
You know that’s pretty bad.
And, rude!
But true!
Raccoon eyes plastered on an exhausted face are reflected in the mirror.
Your energy level has plummeted to the bottom of the earth.
Not getting proper sleep.
You wake up exhausted!
Weighed down with stuff that needs to get done that was unfinished or never started.
It could be your job.
Your crazy, demanding job.
That has you cuckoo.
A job that really doesn’t care about you.
But you’re killing yourself in the process.
You are simply a cog in the wheel that can be easily replaced.
Your plate is full with family obligations, responsibilities and an endless to-do list.
Trying to juggle all balls in air like a skilled circus performer.
Sometimes feeling underappreciated.
But for a moment.
Just think about it.
Is everything REALLY a priority?
A bell ringer?
Where do you fit in?
You’re not making healthy food choices. You feel pudgy around the middle.
You’ve put on weight.
You’re disgusted with what you see.
But haven’t done much about it.
Taking care of your physical health should be number one!
When was the last time you did physical exercise? Took a walk? Kickstarted your endorphins?
We too often allow other things to drive us away from ourselves.
You can’t give what you don’t have.
To yourself or those you love who love you.
Take care. Treat yourself like a priceless piece of art.
Not a cheap knockoff at a street fair.
Reclaim your space and run your own race!
as always, so eloquently stated, I love it!
Again,love your blog!
